Anwil Wloclawek lost to Trefl Sopot for the second time in a row. At Ergo Arena the hosts beat the Rottweilers 91:74 despite the fact that it was Anwil which controlled the game in the first half. The team of Milija Bogicevic is still uncertain whether it will play in upper or lower part of the ranking after the regular season.

The team of Milija Bogicevic is still uncertain whether it will play in upper or lower part of the ranking after the regular season.

A couple of minutes before the third quarter's end the game was as equal as it was possible. Neither Trefl nor Anwil was able to build an advantage that could give a sense of safety.

Marcus Ginyard and Krzysztof Szubarga worked well for the guests while Adam Waczynski shone for the hosts and when Filip Dylewicz finished the action with the dunk, it was a 55:55 draw.

Unfortunately, something seized up in Anwil's fluency that moment what was the grist to the mill for Trefl. Dylewicz made a triple, Kurt Looby added another dunk and the hosts made a 10-0 run. The team of Wloclawek missed three shots, made two turnovers and got two shot rejections in that period.

Ginyard broke that bad luck series with a triple at the end of the third quarter (60:67) but Dylewicz answered once again at the beginning of the fourth one and from that moment on, not only didn't Trefl let Anwil back to the game, that they also increased its margin to 17 points eventually.
