Marshall Moses is a fledgling graduate from Oklahoma State University. He started his adventure with the NCAA as a substitute with little role in the team, but over time his influence on the Cowboys’ play increased (8,8 ppg. and 8,1 rpg. in his third season). In his senior year he averaged 14,1 ppg. and added 7,3 rpg.
- Marshall comes to Europe in order to play his first professional season in his career and to get some European basketball experience. I am extremely happy that he decided to sign a deal with us because he is very good player. He is after very solid university and very competitive conference Big 12. I am expecting that he will give us some steadiness in low post and that he will dominate in rebounding – said the head coach of Anwil, Emir Mutapcic.
An American power forward is a kind of athlete. A well-built, left-handed player got used to play in low post as much as possible. Despite he is quite short (1,98 m) as a frontline basketball player, he is able to deal with all obstacles thanks to his bravery, aggressiveness and jumping.
- He can be incredibly effective due to his strength and involvement. As he is typical power forward, from time to time he may be used as a center too. It’s worth adding that he likes teamwork so he cooperates with his teammates very well – added the head coach.
Moses is the third American in Anwil. Louis Hinnant and John Allen had signed their deals before. Besides, some Polish also put their signatures under the contracts with Anwil: Lukasz Majewski, Dardan Berisha, Seid Hajric, Marcin Nowakowski and Wojciech Glabas.
