Seid Hajric is the next player who extended a deal with Anwil Wloclawek and is going to play for the sixth team of the last season in the following competition. Emir Mutapcic made his decision because of two cases: Hajric’s versatility and his Polish passport.
Anwil Wloclawek coaching staff made a decision of extending a deal with Seid Hajric for 2011/2012 season so it means, the following competition will be the fifth of Bosnian-Polish player in Anwil’s jersey. Hajric had played in Wloclawek in 2004/2007 and, obviously, in the last season.
He joined Anwil in the middle of the season and got the role of a substitute. Spending about 11 minutes on the floor, he wasn’t able to show off his full abilities, although his averages maintained on a solid level as a player who came to the game off the bench – 4,8 ppg. and 2,3 rpg.
- Last time I tried as much as I could but the team was built in a way that I couldn’t present my skills well. Now I am very satisfied that the coach Mutapcic sees me in the roster, which depends only on him. I know that I can deal with the role he will give me – says Seid Hajric.
Emir Mutapcic, the headcoach of Anwil, highlights Hajric’s versatility as a key factor why he decided to keep him in the team. – He may play as a power forward as well as a center and moreover, he is a fighter. I do believe that after a well-done off-season preparations he will be able to help us a lot. He needs to be prepared.
It’s worth adding that Hajric widens the rotation among Polish players as he got the Polish passport and abnegates Bosnian one some months ago.
Seid Hajric in the third player in a new Anwil Wloclawek of 2011/2012 season. Lukasz Majewski and Dardan Berisha had prolonged their deals before.
