Lithuanian shooting guard, Deividas Dulkys, has signed a loan contract with Anwil Wloclawek till the end of the season. 25-year-old player comes from Lithuanian runner-up, Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius and his debut in Anwil's jersey is supposed to happen in the season first home game of the team.

Deividas Dulkys, similarly to his foregoer-countryman, Arvydas Eitutavicius, combines both different style - american and lithuanin. When he was only 16, he decided to move to the USA, starting to attend American high school.

In 2008, Dulkys began to play for Florida State University and graduated from that college in 2012, finishing his adventure with the NCAA with the averages of 7 ppg. and 2,6 rpg.

25-year-old player is a typical shooting guard who can easily penetrates and finishes an action with a slam-dunk, however, his biggest asset is shooting from behind the arc.

- We hired that player who is still young and doesn't come to Poland in order to wait till the end of his sports career. He's got ambition to play at his best, be an intergral part of the team and help us winning as many games as possible - says the headcoach Milija Bogicevic.

A year ago Dulkys came back to Europe, signing a multiyear deal with Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius and playing for Lithuanian National Team in the qualification round before the Olympic Games in London. Unfortunately, he missed the tournament due to too big competition, but he had an occasion to take part in the Euroleague.

Representing Lietuvos Rytas, he received a chance to play in this most prestigous European league in nine games. Later, the shooting guard was loaned to Latvian Barons Riga, where he was averaging about 10 ppg. Now, he has been loaned by Anwil Wloclawek till the end of the current season. His debut is supposed to happen next Sunday against Asseco Gdynia.
