When Anwil Wloclawek makes five three pointers in a beginning quarter, the opponents must feel unconfidently, on the contrary to the Rottweilers, morevoer when they play at home.
Marcus Ginyard started the game with two triples and he collected ten points in the first ten minutes while Anwil was leading 25:18. In the second quarter it was Arvydas Eitutavicius who shouldered the burden as he added two three pointers in a row and Anwil made a margin of sixteen, 40:24.
PGE Turow was trying to get back to the game but their effort turned out to be unproductive as the guests were able to decrease Anwil's lead to only eight (55:63) at the beginning of the fourth quarter. Nevertheless, the hosts were too engaged, involved in the fighting and motivated to let the opponents do something more.
Despite the rotation of only three Polish players (Przemyslaw Frasunkiewicz and Krzysztof Szubarga are out of the game), Anwil finally won 75:63 and kept the chances to play in the big play-offs final.
