We are pleased to announce that “Baller’s Planet”, a German-based sportswear store has become a new technical partner of Anwil Włocławek. The signed contract says that Anwil’s players will wear clothes of the K1X brand for two consecutive seasons.
“Baller’s Planet” is a showroom specializing in basketball outfit. Seated in Würzburg, it gives easy access to its products online at www.ballersplanet.de. The Anwil’s new technical partner offers a wide range of clothes and footwear of all popular brands. Our players have been given an opportunity to try out clothes of the K1X brand, which has already won recognition in the west and now targets the Polish market. Anwil will be an ambassador of the brand in Poland.
- We are very happy that we managed to close the talks with “Baller’s Planet” representatives with a two-year deal. We have found a partner who will contribute considerably to the budget so far allocated for player’s game uniforms, training outfit, tracksuits, and other articles of clothing. We have succeeded in convincing the German company that our team will offer attractive advertising opportunities for the K1X brand – says Hubert Hejman, the WTK S.S.A. director commenting the signing of the contract.
As for “Baller’s Planet”, by signing the contract with Anwil it opens up to the Polish basketball. Kai Hügelschäffer, the „Baller’s Planet“ store owner, tries to reconcile a pragmatic businesslike approach and his passion: - First of all, I love basketball and would like to support all people and clubs who share my commitment to the sport. It is ideal when I can do business and help at the same time. It works for both sides then. And this brings us to the other factor as a result of which we have become a technical partner for Anwil Włocławek, namely an opportunity to become known on the Polish market. A presentation of the new clothes of Anwil Włocławek is scheduled to take place during the Biesiada Kasztelańska festivities, i.e. next Saturday on 18 August. – Now I can reveal that the samples of clothes we received are of high quality and that trainers and the players who have already arrived in Włocławek like the style very much. However, the K1X clothes are not only for players. They will be on sale at our club’s store “Anwil Fan Corner” – says the director Hubert Hejman.
