Anwil Włocławek better in the derby game once again! The Rottweilers won against Arriva Twarde Pierniki Toruń 86:79!
The derby game always stirs up extra excitement. Both teams needed a win - the Rottweilers were maximally focused. After the first 20 minutes, the opponents led 47:42, but Anwil was ready to fight.
In the third quarter Przemysław Frasunkiewicz's players won 25:12. They shared the ball - everyone was involved (40 points from the bench). The Rottweilers played hard in the last minutes and eventually won.
Victor Sanders was Anwil's best scorer. The small forward had 15 points, three assists, two rebounds and a steal.
