The news of the day is one - derby for Anwil, derby for Włocławek! The Rottweilers defeated Twarde Pierniki 84:74 in Arena Toruń!
Anwil had good opening - the Rottweilers led 17:7 thanks to great efficiency behind the arc. Przemysław Frasunkiewicz's players shared the ball (18 assists in the first half, 27 total).
Although the opponents made a few shots and reduced the difference in the third quarter (even took the lead - 63:62), Anwil stuck to the plan. In crunch time the Rottweilers played better and eventually won the derby game!
Lee Moore was Anwil's best scorer. The point guard finished with 19 points, seven assists, seven fouls drawn and five rebounds.
