Anwil Włocławek with their fourth win in the league! The Rottweilers started the game impressively and then controlled the situation. Today they defeated Grupa Sierleccy Czarni Słupsk 79:70.
What an opening it was! Anwil Włocławek's players started the game focused and aggressive in the defence. After the first quarter they led 32:11 - the opponents couldn't stop them. Although in the following minutes the rivals found their rhythm, the Rottweilers still controlled the situation.
Anwil dominated in the paint (46:24). Grupa Sierleccy Czarni pushed hard in the fourth quarter, but Przemysław Frasunkiewicz's players kept their cool and eventually won 79:70.
Luke Petrasek was Anwil's best scorer. The power forward had 14 points, four rebounds and two blocks. Lee Moore finished with 13 points, five assists, four rebounds and a block. Josh Bostic broke this year's league record in steals (six).
