The Rottweilers fought hard until the very end. Przemysław Frasunkiewicz’s players gave everything – unfortunately that wasn’t enough to beat Legia Warszawa. The opponents won 87:77.
Anwil had problems with injuries, but the players wanted to play and fight. At the end of each quarter the Rottweilers were closing the gap, but the opponents still led.
In the last minutes Przemysław Frasunkiewicz’s players were only two points behind. Unfortunately, Legia responded with good efficiency and won. Anwil will play for the bronze medals.
Legia won the series 3:0.
Luke Petrasek was Anwil’s best scorer. The power forward finished with 20 points, eight rebounds, four assists, a block and a steal.
