Anwil Włocławek is unbeaten in the voivodeship! The Rottweilers won on the road (although with today's support of the fans we can say that at home) against Enea Abramczyk Astoria Bydgoszcz 62:58.
The Rottweilers wanted to win the derby game for the fourth time this season. Both teams throughout the whole game couldn’t find the right rhythm. After the first half Anwil had only 34 points, but still led (the opponents scored 28).
Little has changed in the third and fourth quarter. Przemysław Frasunkiewicz’s players fought hard and despite poor effectiveness behind the arc (3/22) controlled the situation. Eventually the Rottweilers won 62:58 and hundreds of their fans in the stands could start celebrating.
Ziga Dimec was Anwil’s best scorer. The center had 13 points, five rebounds and two assists.
