Anwil knew how important the game was – Legia is one of the possible play-off opponents. The Rottweilers were concentrated and after the first, not so good quarter, established their rules on the court.
Thanks to runs Przemysław Frasunkiewicz’s players built advantage, that Legia couldn’t reduce. Anwil was explosive in the third quarter (32:18) and kept cool in the most important moment – thanks to that the hosts won for the 18th time.
Jonah Mathews was Anwil’s best scorer. The point guard finished with 23 points, four rebounds, three assists, two steals and a block.
