Anwil Włocławek rules in a Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship! The Rottweilers won against Twarde Pierniki Toruń 92:84 on the road.
The opponents started really well, while the Przemysław Frasunkiewicz’s team had problems with efficiency behind the arc (1/8 at some point) – the rivals led 30:11 and wanted to build bigger advantage.
The Rottweilers had different plans. Thanks to solid movement of the ball and good defense they found the right rhythm, went back to the game and after 40 minutes could enjoy the important win – even though they had to be concentrated until the last seconds.
Szymon Szewczyk was Anwil’s best scorer. The center had 20 points, seven rebounds, two assists and a block, but today the whole team deserved mentioning – everyone played almost at their highest level.
