Due to bad efficiency, Enea Abramczyk Astoria Bydgoszcz’s players tried to play muddy basketball and find in this way to win. Anwil had some problems with the opponents (19 turnovers overall), but only in the first half.
The Rottweilers started to play their game, especially in the attack, after the halftime. Led by Jonah Mathews, Przemysław Frasunkiewicz’s players built solid advantage and without any nerves in the last minutes won the derby game.
Jonah Mathews was Anwil’s best scorer. The point guard finished with 23 points (10/14 from the field), six steals, three assists and two rebounds.
