Good performance in the second half of the game brought Anwil Włocławek the 10th victory in the Energa Basket Liga this season. The Rottweilers defeated Asseco Arka Gdynia 84:80.
It was clear from the beginning that the Rottweilers wanted really hard to end their losing streak. After the first quarter they led 19:13, but the fact is that the rivals still kept pushing.
A minute before the end Przemysław Zamojski made a 3-pointer (78:75), then Asseco Arka’s players have made some mistakes and the guests built an advantage. James Washington didn’t missed any shot from free throw line and Anwil’s win became a fact.
Kyndall Dykes was Anwil’s best scorer again. The shooting guard finished with 20 points, 14 rebounds, two assists and steals and a block.
