The Rottweilers stopped in Warsaw. In the crucial moment of the game against Legia Anwil Włocławek was ineffective. The opponents made use of it and won 85:76.
Thanks to good defense and effectiveness behind the arc (5/7 from distance after the first quarter), the Rottweilers were able to built 10-point advantage two times during the first half. Unfortunately, Legia’s players always had answers on that.
The game was equal for 35 minutes. Anwil had only nine points on the fourth quarter. The rivals made 11:0 run (85:74) at the end of the game and secured the home win.
Ivan Almeida was Anwil’s best scorer. The shooting guard finished with 21 points, eight rebounds, eight fouls drawn, four assists, three steals and a block.
