Another left-handed American will play for Anwil! Włocławek Basketball Club informes about signing a deal with Kyndall Dykes.
Włocławek Basketball Club informes that Kyndall Dykes, American with Palestinian passport, became the new Rottweiler. 33-year-old can play as a shooting guard or small forward. The deal is signed for a one month.
Anwil’s headcoach, Przemysław Frasunkiewicz, knows Dykes well – in February he brought him to Asseco Arka Gdynia, but American played only in two games in Energa Basket Liga due to start of the pandemic. Against Polski Cukier Toruń he recorded 14 points, 11 rebounds, four assists and steals. In the 2018/2019 season Dykes played in Lebanon – he averaged 19,7 points, 2,7 rebounds and 2,3 assists for the Beirut Club.
During his professional career he played also in Ukraine, Israel, Italy and, most of all, Romania, where he spent seven years (six in U-Banca Transilvania Cluj-Napoca). Three years ago he averaged 18,1 points, 4,5 rebounds, 3,2 assists and 1,2 steals.
Włocławek Basketball Club has completed all the formalities, the player has already left New Orlean. He will meet with the team in Gliwice, before the game against GTK.
