PGE Spójnia Stargard won 96:84 in Hala Mistrzów. Anwil Włocławek started too slow. Except the second quarter, the opponents were better in every other part of today’s game.
After the first quarter the rivals led 24:8. Anwil couldn’t find the answers, didn’t played as a team (two assists) and let PGE Spójnia to shoot from the distance.
Although in the second quarter Marcin Woźniak’s players won 35:22, the opponents still had confidence. Throughout the game they had 49 rebounds and 22 assists, which helped them to control the situation on the court and in the end win in style.
Rotnei Clarke was Anwil’s best scorer. The point guard had 21 points (7/15 from the field), added four steals, three rebounds and two assists.
