Anwil Włocławek lost the derby game. The Rottweilers fought with Polski Cukier Toruń, but in the third quarter the opponents tipped the balance to their side and eventually won 94:85.
Marcin Woźniak’s players were really offensive in the first 10 minutes of the game. They had 7/11 behind the arc. At the end of the first quarter Anwil led 29:21.
Later on the rivals responded with great efficiency. Between the third and the fourth quarter they made a 9:0 run and built a 12-point advantage (77:65). Players from Włocławek couldn’t catch their vis-à-vis and eventually lost the derby game.
Ivica Radić played good in the paint – he set new personal records on Energa Basket Liga. The Croat finished the game with 26 points, 15 rebound (nine in the offense) and three fouls drawn.
