MVP is back in the town! We are pleased to announce that Ivan Almeida, for the third time in his career, signed a contract with Włocławek Basketball Club.
31-year-old Ivan Almeida is a back to back champion of Poland with Włocławek Basketball Club. After winning championship in the 2017/2018 season he moved to Tallin and the following season competed in the VTB league. However, on the February he joined the club from Włocławek again.
Another championship was won by Anwil in a dramatic circumstances, after a 7-game series in the finals. Almeida was a true leader of his team, performed really well and won the MVP award. Now he signed a two-year contract with Włocławek Basketball Club and is willing to win another trophies.
Last season Almeida spent in a four clubs. In the Israeli Nahariya he averaged 14,9 ppg., 6,9 rpg., 4,7 apg. and 2,1 spg.
