Anwil Włocławek played poorly in the fourth quarter of the game against Trefl Sopot. The Rottweilers lost their advantage, gave the initiative to their rivals and eventually lost 74:89.
From the first seconds of the game it was obvious, that if the Rottweilers want to win, they will have to put much effort into it. However, after two quarters the result was good – Anwil led by 4 points (45:41).
On some point in the third quarter Dejan Mihevc’s players built a 11-points advantage (63:52). Unfortunately, that was the last moment, when they looked like a better team. Players from Sopot played tough and effective – they made 37:11 run and secured the win.
Deishuan Booker was Anwil’s top scorer. The point guard finished with 15 points, six fouls drawn, six assists, two rebounds and two steals.
